Jonathan Williams is a 3rd generation Chef, East Coast transplant. He has traveled the country to try all kinds of food. His joy of cooking is obvious the minute you taste his delicious food. He enjoys creating all of his recipes from scratch using seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients. He is most famous for his East Coast style lobster rolls, hand rolled meatballs w/homemade marinara sauce, 12 hour slow roasted pulled pork, and BBQ baby back ribs.
